Explicit and implicit cost in Pakistan
Pakistan is blessed with natural resources. And the prime minister ( Imran Khan) of Pakistan has been stressing the need to bring amendments in Pakistan by building up a wealthy economy through the investment of the resources in return. There multiple projects have been inaugurated by the prime minister as well. And these multi-earning project will survive a prosperous lives in future might. If they last and the after election new government shouldn’t stop them. Although the current may let them persist and create new better projects.
The resources are the stamina of the country which support to develop, if they are natural or artificial. After every five years, new government implements it’s own rules and regulations on the economical and development department without the idea of former projects have been lasting 10 or 20 years ago might be. This wholly elucidate that it breaks the country. As, in these 10 or 20 years investments are at peak with no profit.
Secondly, there is no comparison between the economist and account due to the economy is in the state of poverty. The reason is being economist is profitable than account. The economist always include all the expenses and profits than take decision like explicit cost, implicit cost and economic profit. While the account only include explicit cost and accounting profit.
Explicit cost are those which includes only the expenses of new business and the account who minus total from expenses. While implicit cost what the business man has before, will be sacrificed for the new business and an economist include explicit cost, implicit cost than take out economic profit, then make his decision.
These are very Mandatory for a business to earn more and more profits, however in Pakistan it is truly ignored. The government only is accountant as it counts explicit cost and revenue rather it should be the economist which counts explicit cost, implicit cost and economic profit.
In Pakistan, there is no count of time wholly as well other expenses that’s why the country has multiple developed project, but still backward in every field of life. The expenses are the opposites of the profit for businesses. And the government just invest due to which taxes are increasing as the dollar is escalated, 174. The country is confronting numerous financial issues on daily basis.
A country’s standard of living depends on its ability to produce goods and services, a principle of economics. Labor are the source who struggle to have a prosperous lives and a country. The more productions produce, the more they earn with which the country businesses and progresses. They demand in return for what they invest in Pakistan. They are forced to sacrifice their precious time and efforts on no accounts just because the government don’t keep an eye on both explicit cost and implicit cost.
The government should be economist rather accountant. The reason is the economist always count single point, how and what to produce as the inputs remain less with utility and profits must increase by including explicit, implicit cost and economic profit. However the accountant include only explicit cost and revenue which is being done in our country for an injustice.
