White cabbage - 200 g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Apple - 1 pc.
Dill greens
Green onion
Lemon - quarter

Cabbage salad with apple and carrots is the best solution for those who sit on a diet or fasting. It has no hint of meat, and it is dressed with vegetable or olive oil. The main ingredients for this salad are: white cabbage, carrots and apples. Eat and be healthy!
Shred the cabbage finely.
Peel and grate carrots.
Peel the apple, cut out the core and also grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop dill and green onion.
Mix all the ingredients in a deep dish. Add salt, sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice and season with ground pepper. Season the salad with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil. Stir well and leave for 15-20 minutes.
