Garlic Tincture

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION

Prepare the ingredients. Garlic should be a few cloves, depending on the desired volume of the tincture. Make sure you use pure, GOST approved and of good quality alcohol as the alcohol base. Peel the garlic cloves from the foil, pass them through a press, grind in a mortar, chop with a knife or grate them on a grater. Put the garlic mass in a glass container and pour the alcohol into it, leaving space in the container up to the neck. Cover the container with a rubber lid. Keep in a warm (the temperature should be about 18 degrees), dark place for a couple of weeks. Every day brewed tincture to shake for better infusion.
