-Pieces of chicken
(thighs or shins)
-Mayonnaise or sour cream
-cooked table mustard
-red sweet paprika
Prepare marinade (just to taste, randomly).
Put the potatoes and chicken in the marinade, cover with a lid (or cling film) and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Put in a greased form and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
I specially draw your attention to the temperature - 220 degrees!
At 180 degrees you have to bake it for an hour or more.
It is easy to check if the potatoes are ready - poke them with a fork.
It is especially delicious served with fresh herbs and vegetables.
