RECIPE PRODUCTS

For the dish

Pork - 250 g

Onions - 1 pc. = 100 г

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons = 40g

Tomato paste - 1.5 tablespoons = 30g

Ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste

For marinade and serving

Water - 0.5 cup = 100 g

9 % table vinegar - 2 tablespoons = 40g

Ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste

PREPARE

Wash the meat, boil it in salted water for 30 minutes and cool. Peel the onions. Bake the potatoes to serve.

Prepare the onions. Chop the onion into half rings, divide it into feathers, put it in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper, pour water and vinegar, leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the marinade and lightly squeeze the onions.

Assemble the salad. Shred the pork into julienne strips and put them in a salad bowl. Add pickled onions, mix. Combine vegetable oil with tomato paste and heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Spread the dressing in the salad, season with a little salt and pepper, mix. Leave for 30 minutes.

Complete the salad "Guard" with baked potatoes.
