The age old popular saying, ' health is wealth' is a one line treasure indeed. Health does not mean the absence of physical trouble only but refers to the state of complete physical, mental and social well being.

Cause of mental health problems

On the past decade there has been unexpected rise in the number of problem and loss of life due to the ignoring ones mental health. People of this generation are not able to handle pressure. The easily give up on their work and it goes for life to.

As my self being in my teen, am not able to handle pressure. But most of the parents are ignorant of this. The pressure of school, home and the lot worst is comparing. Parents compare their child to other child and make them feel worst. Parents aren't aware of the fact that it is the major cause of mental illness.

There is equal role of ourself for making our mental health worst. First of all, we need to learn to be happy in what we got. We should never compare our self to other in any matter. We should our self be equally aware of consciousness of the work we are doing which could cause our mental health to degrade. We should be physically and mentally ready. We should never take stress that we are not capable of handling.
