Let's try the perfect alcohol free king coconut wine...
Ingredients :-
10 cups king coconut water
2 limes
4 inch piece cinnamon stick
6 cardamom
6 cloves
1 tbsp yeast
100g sugar
for caremel :-
250g sugar
half cup hot water
Let's start ..
~ Cut king coconut and collect 10 cups of king coconut water .
~ Strain them pour into to a big jar.
~ Put sugar and lime juice to the jar.
~ Chop cinnamon ,cardamom and cloves lightly and add them to the jar.
~ Now add 1 tbsp yeast. (If you are not using yeast then leave the bottles
for around 6 months before usage )
~ Close the lid.
~ Keep the king coconut water mixer one day.
~ Now open the lid and mix king coconut water mixer with dry spoon .
~ Keep doing this mixing 10 days.
After 10 Days...
Now put 250 grams sugar into a dry bowl and caramalize
sugar. On flame. Slowly you can see the sugar ggetting amber colour .Now add half cup of boiling water
and keep mix 10 minutes. Now strain caremel into a another dry bowl. Keep it to be cool.
Then put caremel to bottles in same quantity . Now pour king coconut
water to the bottles. Now close the lids and shake well.
Now you can taste your alcohol free wine .
