1. Fatigue and Tiredness.

Feeling unusually tired or experiencing fatigue is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. The surge in hormones, especially progesterone, can leave you feeling drained and sleepy. If you find yourself needing more rest than usual or feeling exhausted even after a good night's sleep, it could be an indication that you're pregnant.

2. Breast Changes.

Another early sign of pregnancy is breast changes. You may notice that your breasts feel tender, swollen, or sensitive to touch. The hormonal changes occurring in your body can lead to increased blood flow and changes in breast tissue. These changes are similar to those experienced during premenstrual syndrome (PMS), but they may feel more pronounced.

3. Nausea and Morning Sickness.
