Herring Butter with Mustard and Milk by Jessica Harris

200 g of butter

60 g of salted herring fillets

mustard to taste

a little milk


Step 1

Soak the herring in milk in advance, leave for 2 hours.

Step 2

Wipe herring with a cloth and grind in a blender.

Step 3

Add mustard and melted butter. Whisk everything together in a blender until smooth.

Step 4

The butter is ready. Now you can put it in the refrigerator.
