Honey flavonoids have an apparent action against fungi. All varieties of Honey inhibit more than 40% of fungal activity. Ringworm and athletes' foot is treated with honey. It is especially helpful to overcome candidiasis disease, which is caused by the fungus Candida albicans.

4:Honey as an Immune booster

Raw honey has phytonutrients. These phytonutrients are anti-microbial as well as anticancer and act as an immune booster. Honey induces apoptosis so, certain cancers are treated. Two teaspoons on daily bases are needed for immune boosting.

Honey is a good remedy for throat complications such as scratchy, bronchial asthma, wheezing, chest tightness, and dry throat. Honey contains niacin (vitamin B-3) and pantothenic acid (vitamin B-5) and riboflavin (vitamin B-2).

Niacin is responsible for cell growth and function. Pantothenic acid helps primarily in fatty acids break down. while riboflavin is responsible for cell growth and energy production.

8:Minerals in honey and their significance

honey contains The most essential minerals such as calcium(ca),   magnesium (mg) potassium (K)  Manganese (mn), copper (cu), and iron( Fe)
