How much water does a person need to drink per day?
Note that only humans do not know how much water they need to drink.
No other creature on this planet has such questions.
Everyone, from the elephant to the ant, knows when and how much to drink and eat.
Humans have become highly intelligent and have lost their understanding of life.
In this article, we will try to bring back an understanding of some basics of human life.
Every being on this planet is born with one of the basic senses.
It is "Desire."
Without desire, we could not live.
Desire, is a certain sensor that signals us that our body needs to drink water, eat, sleep, visit WC.
We have lost the ability to listen to our bodies.
All of our attention is directed outward.
Our mind is occupied with unnecessary thinking about what happened in the past.
Or what will happen in the future.
We eat when we are not hungry.
We drink when we are not thirsty.
Ask yourself.
Do I want to drink?
Do I want to eat?
Just give your body some attention.
Drink as much water as you can until you are thirsty.
Don't drink water if you don't feel like it.
Drinking a lot of water will flush the salt out of our body and our mind will lose focus.
We will want to sleep.
So, the main thing you need to do is to learn to listen to your desires and follow them.
