Recipe how to cook a delicious barbecue
Shish kebab is a dish with a history, just like any other dish. You can try to cook shish kebab not only at home, but also in nature. To do this, you will need a special barbecue, clean skewers and a good mood. But it's not always affordable to buy all this pleasure, and therefore men are crazy about shish kebabs cooked with their own hands. I would like to say a few words about the process of its preparation. So, shish kebab is a food that is cooked on coals, and nowadays you can buy a ready-made, so-called barbecue. There is also such a thing as a barbecue barbecue. It is necessary to bake such a barbecue in the oven, since it is not very suitable for coal, as a result of which you will have to stir the meat during cooking, while you can add all kinds of spices, and add water. Shish kebab is marinated at will, and you can marinate it simply with spices, or you can after light pickling - in mayonnaise, wine and even vinegar. It can also be pickled in kefir, but kefir has a high acidity and, accordingly, will have a specific flavor, and it is not suitable for this recipe. Unfortunately, most manufacturers of the products sold very often use too sour sauces, so the shish kebab prepared in this way will be sour and very bitter, so it is not recommended to add vinegar to the marinade. Some people prefer to use lemon juice or sour wine instead of vinegar, but this dish is not very tasty, so it's better to use vinegar anyway. 150 g of smoked meat
2 garlic cloves
0.25 tsp cumin
salt and ground pepper to taste
