Tender Medovik cake is a dessert that often graces the holiday table. It can be made much easier and faster - without baking and rolling out the crusts.

flour - 300 g;

honey - 80 gr;

butter - 170 gr;

for the cream

 

sour cream - 500 gr;

Thickener for cream - 2 packets;

sugar - 3-4 tbsp.

How to prepare a delicate cake "Medovik" without baking and rolling out the cakes:

Frozen butter dip in flour and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the grated butter with flour and do the same with all the butter (170 g). Quickly grate the butter and flour with your hands into fine crumbs.

Send the crumbs to a heated pan, add honey and fry on medium heat, stirring, breaking, rubbing large lumps, until caramel color. Then you need to cool it to a warm state.

Prepare the cream. In a bowl send sour cream, poured sugar and thickener for sour cream. Beat with a mixer for one and a half minutes, the mass quickly thickens and turns out very tender and airy.

Place the cake tin on a plate. Oil the cut strips of transparent polyethylene folder with vegetable oil, so that they adhere to the sides of the form.

Sprinkle two to three tablespoons of crumbs on the bottom of the dish and spread it out in a thin layer. Put a few tablespoons of cream on top, spread over the entire surface of the crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumbs again, forming the next layer, then spread the cream. It has to be done until the cream is over. Sprinkle the last layer with crumbs and put the cake in the refrigerator for seven to eight hours.
