Step 0-Mindset-For 6 months cut all toxic people in your life .Don't post on social media ,focussing with the mindset it's not too late to make a change expecting it's not easy and if it was easy everybody would have done it .

Step 1-Skincare routine-The 1st thing people do when talking to you is look at your face,so,take care of it.We should not judge but that's what people do.They Judge others after seeing them and subconsciously don't want to be around them.
Anyway,here's what to do;
- EVERY MORNING-wash face with a cleansner ,moisturize your face and add sunscree.
- EVERY EVENING-repeat same as morning but don't add sunscreen instead add Retinole(helps reduce wrinkles,improve skin texture, reducing acne and fades dark spots)
Step 2-Good hygine-Start showering regularly ,use deodorant,use cologne that you like not someone else recommendation .Remove the belief that people are not looking at you,if you smell they'll not tell you .Keep a good hygine it'll boost your confidence .
Step 3-Hair-How do you know what haircut to get?Determine your head shape then search in google what haircut suites you.
Simple hair routine:keep your hair neat by getting a haircut every week.REMEMBER:condition your hair daily!
Step 4-facial hair-If you have a beard trim it every week to keep it looking fresh.if you can't grow a beard ,shave it daily.
Don't use a razor it'll cause acne,use a clipper instead it's gentle on your skin.
Step 5-Teeth-Bad breath and yellow teeth is a red flag for people .Brush your teeth and flush them twice a day .Also,buy a tongue scraper to clean the white dirt in the back of your tongue .
Try to have a floride free toothpaste , it's much healthier for you.
Step 6-Lips-Having crusty lips is unattractive .Mix honey with sugar and scrub i on your lips .They'll look smooth,dry them and moisturize them.
Step 7-Eye brows-If you have a straight eyebrow line pick a razor & shave it,boost your attractiveness.
Step 8-Workout-Focus in building muscles .Don't just show up to the gym & do exercises you enjoy doing ,it'll make you less gainz.
Hire a proffesional trainer ,they'll guide you as a begginer & help you get in shape.They'll also help you with your diet.If you don't have money for that,there are free training programmes.
NO ONE IS GOING TO SAVE YOU;THAT'S THE HARSH TRUTH ,SAVE YOURSELF!
Step 9-Clothing-Update your wardrobe.Use styles that you like and boost your confidence.Use colours that go with everything ;black ,white,blue,brown and navy.

- Daily meditation-Find a guided meditation online.
- Start journaling-Journalling clears your mind and helps you make a decission about something.
- Sleeping-Most important part of the day.Get 7hrs-8hrs of sleep daily.
- Reading books-Reading books reduces your stress and changes your mindset.
