25 Medium Sized Prawns

6-8 roughly chopped garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon Olive oil

1/2 teaspoon butter

as per taste Rock salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

as required Juice of one lemon

as required Fresh green onion/ parsley to garnish
Steps

Take fresh prawns. Wash, clean and devein them. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. Keep aside.

In a pan, add olive oil and butter. Keep the flame low. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add rock salt and black pepper.

Add deveined prawns. Sauté. Cover the pan with a lid for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between.

Remove the lid and add lemon juice. Give it a nice mix.

Garnish it with chopped fresh green onion or parsley. Serve hot.
