How to make Cabbage manchurian at home?

Ingredients

 4 persons
  1. 500 gms cabbage
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1 big onion
  5. 7-8 garlic pods chopped
  6. 1 small piece ginger
  7. 4 tbsp corn flour
  8. Half cup maida or as required
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. As required Garlic, ginger paste
  11. As required Oil
  12. As per taste Salt
  13. 2 tsp soya sauce
  14. 3 tsp red chilli sauce
  15. 2 tsp cornflour (for slurry)

Steps

  1. Finely chop cabbage and grate the carrot. Add black pepper powder, salt, garlic, ginger paste. Mix all well.

  2. Make small balls. If required add more cornflour & maida. Then deep fry balls in hot oil.

  3. In a pan add oil, chopped garlic then add onion, capsicum, carrot. Saute for a minute. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce.

  4. In a bowl take cornflour add water & make a slurry of it. Put this slurry into the pan and stir continuously. When the Manchurian sauce becomes thick add fried Manchurian balls & mix them well.

  5. Serve cabbage Manchurian with fried rice or noodles or you can eat as it is.
