300 gm boneless chicken cubes

300 gms fried chicken

1 medium onion

2-3 green chillies

1/2 tsp ginger paste

1/2 tsp garlic paste

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 sugar to taste

4 cups vegetable oil

2 tbsp maida

5 tbsp Water
Steps

Use same oil in the kadai, add cut onions, ginger and garlic paste, chopped green chillies and sauté. Next add the spices - garlic, coriander,cumin and garam masala powder. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt and sugar. Add the fried chicken pieces.Add 3 tbsp water and cover and cook.

Once the water evaporates add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp butter and stir again. Allow to cool and use a fork to shred the pieces and you can use a grinder also to mince. I did not use minced chicken as I deep fried the chicken prior.
