200grm Minced mutton

2 Onion (finely chopped)

3 Green chilli (deseeded, and finely chopped)

3tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Garam masala powder

2 Potato (boiled and mashed)

to taste Salt

as needed Egg white 1(beaten)

1 cup Bread crumbs

as required Oil for fry

3 tbsp Corn flour

1 tbsp Mixed herbs
Steps

In a pan add oil, fry onion, chilli, ginger garlic paste,chopped coriander, garam masala powder stir until the aroma comes
-
Now add ground meat, turmeric powder, chilli powder, saute in medium flame add salt to taste cover and cook until water completely dry
