How to make egg hakka Noodles at home?


 2 people
  1. 2 noodles packet
  2. 2 onions
  3. 4 green chillies
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 tomato pureed
  7. 1 carrot
  8. 6 beans
  9. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  10. 1 pinch coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp pepper powder
  14. as per taste Salt,
  15. as required oil, water



  1. Boil the hakka noodles according to package directions. It took 7-8 minutes for my noodles. Be sure to rinse noodles under cold water after they are done cooking. To keep noodles from sticking to one another  drizzle 1-2 tbsp of oil, and use your hands to gently separate the noodles from one another. Set Aside.

  2. Heat a kadai to medium heat and add oil.


    Once the oil is hot, add the onions & green chillies. Cook for about 1-2 minutes and next, add the ginger garlic paste.

  3. Then add the beans, carrots, and salt. Stir for about a minute. Add necessary water to cook the veggies. Once cooked add the tomato puree. Add in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well till the raw smell goes off.

  4. Prepare scrambled eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.

  5. Add the cooked noodles to the kadai. 
    give the noodles a quick toss. Taste for salt and adjust as needed. 
    Finally add the scrambled eggs & mix well. Serve hot!!
