How to make healthy veg sandwich at home

Here,we represents healthy crunchy sandwich with vegetables to refresh your taste buds for the people who are diet conscious and wanna lose weight. Its a great receipe to get added in your breakfast food list

Ingredients are as below:

1.4 slice of brown wheat bread

2.chopped cucumber(as much required)

3.chopped tomotoes(as much required)

4.chopped lettuce(as much required)

5.chopped onion (as much required)

6.cheese slices

7.low fat butter(optional)

8.salt

9.black pepper

10.olive oil

Serving person:1

Procedure:

1.First grease the sandwich maker with olive oil and pre heat the maker for few minutes.

2.Take a slice of bread fill it with chopped cucumber,lettuce,tomatoes,onion.

3.Then sprinkle salt and black pepper according to your taste on sandwich.

4.now,take a cheese slice keep on them and cover it with another bread.

5.Then,grill the sandwich for 5 minutes,tasty and healthy sandwich is ready for your breakfast now.
