Ingredients

400 gm White Prawns

2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder

1 tsp Red Chilli powder

1 tsp Salt or to taste

1 cup chopped Spring Onions

2-3 tbsp Tomato paste
-
2-3 Garlic Cloves sliced

4 tbsp Oil

2 Onions roughly chopped

1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped

1 tbsp Cornflour
-
1 tbsp All-purpose Flour or Maida
Steps

Add the first 6 ingredients along with Cornflour and All-purpose Flour to a bowl. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. After done, shallow fry them until crisp and done.

Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of Oil in a deep pan. Add chopped Garlic and roughly chopped Onions. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add Tomato paste or sauce. Also add fried Prawns now. Adjust Salt. Mix well. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.

Serve this tantalizing dish well garnished with some chopped Spring Onions. Enjoy!
