How to make Masala Macaroni Pasta at home?


 4 people

200 gm macroni


3 tomatoes


1 big capsicum


1 big onion


1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


1 spoon chopped coriander


2 spoon chopped spring onions




1 tsp red Chilli powder


1 tsp dhana jeera powder


1/2 spoon garam masala powder


1/2 tsp haldi powder


4 spoon tomato ketchup


1/2 tsp cumin seeds


4 spoon oil


Salt per taste


First take one liter water in a big vessel & boil it & when it boils put macroni in it & add one spoon oil & one spoon salt in water so that macroni doesn't stick to each other

It will take 10 to 12 minutes to get soft and then remove it from hot water & immediately put cold water on it so macroni will not stick with each other

Now prepare all required ingredients for making pasta

Now take oil in pan add cumin seeds then ginger garlic paste & saute it for few seconds then add onions and stir it for a minute till it is translucent

Now add capsicum & stir it for few minutes Then add tomato & stir it till they are soft then add all spices in it

Now stir it till oil gets separated from corners then add tomato ketchup & again stir it & add chop coriander

Now add boiled macroni & mix it properly with all masalas

Now stir it till all masalas are coated on macroni. 
It will take a minute & it will be ready to serve

Garnish with chopped coriander & spring onions & you can add Schezwan sauce if you like. 
Masala macroni pasta are ready to serve.
