Add the chopped chana in the ground mixture and grind the mixture again. Now, add the cooked potatoes, tomatoes, kala namak salt, olive oil, ginger and onion. Mix the mixture well and grind it again. Now, heat the oil in a pan and add the curry leaves. Once they start sizzling, add the panipuri mixture to the oil and stir it well. Let the mixture fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped onion and cook for another 2 minutes. Now, add salt to the hot panipuri mixture. Let it cool and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Ingredients required: 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 tbsp oil 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1/4 cup desi ghee (clarified butter) Ingredients for mixing: 1 cup masala chana 1 cup desi paneer 1/4 cup buttermilk How to make: 1. Make a whole wheat flour dough. 2. Add salt, 1/2 tsp oil and 1/4 tsp oil and knead into a smooth and soft dough. 3. Put the dough in a warm place and leave it for 20 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, prepare desi paneer, chana, buttermilk, masala and coriander leaves. 5. When the dough comes out of the over, it will be slightly soft. 6.
