Ingredients Serving: 4
- 2 pomfret fishes
- 2 garlic pods
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small Boiled potato (optional)
- 2 green chillies
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 teaspoons kashmiri red chilli powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Clean the fish ,cut and apply salt and keep it for 10 mins.
Peel the garlic, put it in the chopper add green chillies to it and make very fine chop.
Take out the garlic and keep it a bowl. Now put the tomato in the chopper and make fine paste like consistency.
Take a Pan and put oil in it
Add chopped garlic and saute it until light Golden Brown.
Now add tomato to it and saute it for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix.
Add water to it and let it come to a boil.
Put the fish and Boiled potato and let it cook covered for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
