- Capsicum 50 gm
- Cabbage 50 gm
- Carrot 50 gm
- Cauliflower 50 gm
- Salt to taste
- Cornflour 3 tbsp
- Green chilli pasta 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 tsp schezwan sauce
- 3 tsp tomato ketchup
- Cheese to sprinkle on top
Inststructions
- chop or grate all the vegetables. Then add in the salt and set it aside for 5-10 minutes. After this time, squeeze out the excess water.
- Now add in the cornflour, green chilli paste and mix it well together. Divide it into small portions and give it the shape of fingers.
- Deep fry all all of these fingers in batches. Then drain and keep aside.
- To prepare the sauce, heat oil in a pan, then add in the chopped garlic and saute. Next, add in the schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup.
- Now add in the chinese finger rolls and mix it well together.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top before serving it.
