How to make spring rolls at home ?

  1. Capsicum 50 gm
  2. Cabbage 50 gm
  3. Carrot 50 gm
  4. Cauliflower 50 gm
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cornflour 3 tbsp
  7. Green chilli pasta 1 tsp
  8. Oil for deep frying
  9. For the sauce:
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  12. 3 tsp schezwan sauce
  13. 3 tsp tomato ketchup
  14. Cheese to sprinkle on top



  • chop or grate all the vegetables. Then add in the salt and set it aside for 5-10 minutes. After this time, squeeze out the excess water.
  • Now add in the cornflour, green chilli paste and mix it well together. Divide it into small portions and give it the shape of fingers.
  • Deep fry all all of these fingers in batches. Then drain and keep aside.
  • To prepare the sauce, heat oil in a pan, then add in the chopped garlic and saute. Next, add in the schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup.
  • Now add in the chinese finger rolls and mix it well together.
  • Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top before serving it.
