We all know who Andrew Tate is.
The former 4 times world kickboxing champion and current playboy-pick up artist - investor - philosopher- who broke the internet and became one of the most googled person on the planet. I don't know if you agree or disagree with him but i do know that his Business -Hustler University (A platform where you can educate yourself in how to make money on the internet) is thriving with more than 100.000 active subscribers paying 50 $ a month. That's a total of 5 million a month. Wow?
Now let's assume that you want to increase the sales of your own virtual product. Let's make a thought experiment on how to do that ALA Andrew Tate.
1) Create a long-form podcast where you discuss extremely controversial topics with people who disagree with you. Don't be afraid to express yourself in the most absurd way. It's all good. Women, Men, Religion, Politics, Markets, Investments.. etc. Remember. Don't hold back. The more intense your delivery is, the more confrontational and dramatic your stance on the subject.. the more effective the content would be
2) Hire a few people to create short clips taken from your podcast. The clips need to be edited in the most click-baity way possible. No pauses, no time to breath between the rapid drops of controversial comments. Your editing style needs to be as rapid as Muhamad Ali's punching style.
3) Use big and flashy subtitles and don't forget. A masterfully chosen clickbait title that has little to do with your actual content of conversation. Don't get me wrong. There needs to be a relationship between the two, but it can be a rather loose one. For example if your guest mentions how strong chimps are or how devastating their attack could be to humans, use a title like. COULD BRUCE LEE HAVE DEFEATED AN FURIOUS CHIMP?
4) Have a virtual product for sale. It could be a book or a course. Give an attractive price and create unique affiliate links for your friends or fans or employees. The ones who slice and dice your long form contents. Give them a high percentage, lets say 40% or more of the selling price. Don't be cheap.
5) Start going to other people's podcasts and try to polish your confrontational style even more. Focus mainly on creating emotional intensity rather than base your opinions on logic and data. Be arrogant and project extreme confidence. Dress well. And remember. You are the only Alpha in the room. You are THE MAN.
6) Now time to repeat the same process.. Ask from your fans or in need hire some more people to cut, edit and transform the new content to mini viral bombs.
7) Keep doing the same thing. Keep selling, keep provoking, keep developing your controversial style as much as possible.
In the Grand scheme of things, marketing is a form of truthful deception and the more effective you can be on stirring the emotions of the viewers, the more effective the outcome is. On the one hand you manage to keep them focused while on the other you allow them to choose to ignore logical cohesion and just ride the waves of excitement. And that is how Andrew got us all under his spell..
