Practicing Meditation

Meditation is an easy practice that you can do anywhere at any time. The main purpose of this practice is to direct your focus on only one point. This helps the person to give their undivided attention towards that point and release all thoughts and mental clutters from their minds. Once the mind is cleared of all negative thoughts the emotional level of the person and their energy field rises.

To start this method, find a quiet and calm place to sit where there is no distraction. Now close your eyes take 3 deep breaths and then focus on your normal breathing as you can inhale and exhale the air. Keep on focusing on your breathing for 3 - 5 minutes until you reach a state of calmness. After that visualize a powerful white light coming from the sky and entering through your head into your body. Further, imagine the powerful healing light entering every area of your body from your head to toe and cleaning all the negative energies from there. You will begin to feel the tingling sensation in your body which signifies that the healing energy is inside your body and removing all the energy blockades from there.

Imagine all the negative energies of your body releasing from your feet. Keep doing that for at least 15 minutes until you feel completely calm and relaxed. Once you are done. open your eyes gently, you will feel lighter, more relaxed, and more energetic than ever before.

You can practice this meditation daily and the best time to do that is early morning when you wake up. You can also practice meditation when you feel down or tired. If you think that you are caught up with negative and stressful thoughts and feelings then it is the best time for you to practice it in a quiet place.
