How to start intermittent fasting

This is from my point of view I am not a nutritionist. Therefore I am not an expert toward this area. Although I have license in laboratory medicine. Please keep do in mind what I will say works out with my physiology. Now going on with the topic.

When I started out I was skeptical about doing intermittent fasting. Because everyone reiterates to just eat breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. Little did I know the repercussions ahead doing this. I have suffered and insurmountable excruciating pain of hunger whenever I did not eat after 3 hours. Since at my home we always eat high carbohydrates from the rice. I am Filipino and as you know like koreans. and japanese, rice is a staple.

Why would I start intermittent fasting perhaps? Well from the looks of it I have researched online and some licensed physicians also advocates fasting. For starters dry fasting is harmful for the kidneys so I am doing tea, coffee, and water fasting. For me this works very well. There is only one point I want to say for doing fasting. It is not about losing weight. Yes that is one of the side effects. But the real reason behind of me practicing this is that it reverses aging via autophagy. Which is prominent on the 2-3 days of fasting. Right now the longest I have done fasting is for 1-2 days.

If you want to start fasting. It is very easy. Just stop eating for 1-2 days and keep busy with which goals you need to accomplish. If you feel dizzy it is only because electrolytes need to be replenished so better stock up on electrolytes without any sugar so the fasting is valid. Drink some coffee and tea whenever your ghrelin or hunger hormone strikes. That is it. That is how I do it.
