A healthy food contains nutrients that sustain our bodies to grow and retain energy. For instance, water, carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals make us to stay healthy.

The kind of food one consumes often affects his or her health condition. Eating junk foods like burgers, cheese and sauce, fried chicken, pizza and so forth, from the fast food restaurant, can be dangerous to our health.

Doing exercise at least 45 minutes per day, 3 to 4 times per week, can help such person to lose weight and get back in shape.
