PRIMING:
We take 500 gr. of minced meat, I have a mixed pork + beef (50*50). Grind in a mortar a mixture of peppers and coriander and send it to the stuffing. I like freshly ground spices, they are more fragrant.
Add salt and beat an egg.

Chop the coriander finely and also add it to the mince. If you don't like cilantro, replace it with any other herbs or don't add it. The stogies will still be delicious!
Mix all the ingredients well with your hands. Afterwards, be sure to beat the mince right in the bowl! This way the cutlets will hold their shape well and will not fall apart.
Prepare the sauce.
Sour cream or mayonnaise lightly salt and add a few cloves of garlic to your taste (you can also use dried garlic). Mix well.
I don't fry cutlets anymore: I make a delicious 500g of minced meat, which my whole family adores

Take out the baking tray and preheat the oven to 180℃.
From the minced meat we begin to form patties and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. In my opinion, our amount of minced meat is ideal for 5 patties.

Next, we take a glass with the bottom of a smaller diameter. Put it in the center of the workpiece and press a little.
Shape the edges with a spatula, so that there is an indentation in the cutlet for stuffing.

Fill each cutlet with sauce.
Next, cut the onion and tomato into rings and place them on the sauce. Onion first.
Then the tomato. Put it in the oven heated to 180 ℃ for 40-50 minutes.
About 15 minutes before they are ready, remove them from the oven. Each cutlet is sprinkled with grated cheese*, put back in the oven at the same temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Our stacks are ready! They taste very tender and juicy. So if you have a large family, then feel free to double the number of ingredients.

I recommend that you make a side dish beforehand! Otherwise you'll eat it all up faster than you'll remember it. Very tasty and easy! Although... you can serve it without a side dish)
*If you want the cheese cap to be airy and light, add a spoonful of mayonnaise to the grated cheese.
