If we don't respect our parents, would we still be alive? So it is important to understand the value of your parents and show them regard. Our times are changing , but your father or mother can be still good to you.
Respect your parents and you will always be on the right path.
Children's respect towards parents is the first step of the child's entry into adulthood. Therefore, if a child disrespects his or her parents, he or she should be taught that they need to respect their elders. By respecting your parents, you will learn how to respect others in the society.
Your parents are your most important teachers and role models. They have been through the best times and the worse, and they know more than you'll ever know. They do not always say the right thing, but they mean well. Raise your hands if any of these statements sound familiar: "You don't need to hear this"; "I don't want him looking up our personal info"; and "just ignore anything you think is stupid." You need to listen to what your parents are saying in order to learn from them. Trust them when they ask you something, even if it's about something that you disagree with or something that seems irrelevant to you at the time.
Parents are not perfect. They make mistakes, they don't know everything and they will never be perfect. But they are there to guide you, to encourage you and teach you life lessons that will help you throughout your whole life. If you want to keep loving them when they're no longer 'together', then respect them. Be honest with them about their shortcomings and weaknesses - if you don't do this, the relationship can become strained or even broken.
Praise your parents, learn from them and do things they taught you.
Your parents and your family are the most important people to you. If you don't learn to respect them, you will repent of their loss.
The greatest challenge to a parent is when the child doesn't respect him or her. As one of your roles as a parent is to teach your child to respect you; without respecting, they won't be able to choose you as their arbitrary number one.
Respect is a necessary virtue to cultivate before realising one's dreams. Respect for our parents, teachers and elders teaches us that we have an obligation to learn from them. This will lead us to build a more prosperous future for ourselves.
