Kefir cake with apples

Ingredients:

Flour - 3 Cups

Kefir - 0,5 Liters

Eggs - 2 Pieces

Sugar - 200 grams

Salt - 1 2 pinches

Butter - 50gm

Vegetable oil - 70gm

Soda - 1 teaspoon

Apples - 2 Pieces

Powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp

 

Step 1.

Beat the eggs and sugar.

Step 2.

This will create a thick foam.

Step 3

Pour in flour, kefir, vegetable oil, softened butter, salt and baking soda.

Step 4

With a mixer, knead the dough.

Step 5

While the oven is heating, put the apple slices in the bottom of the form.

Step 6

Pour batter on top and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 7

Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
