Ingredients: flour 3 cups, water 2/3 cup, sugar 1 tablespoon, live yeast 12 grams.
Stuffing : Imereti cheese - 600 grams, 2 teaspoons butter, 1 egg + 1 for grease.
1. Prepare the dough is easiest in the bread machine, just put all the ingredients in the bowl of the dough sheeter and press start.
2. Roll out of the resulting dough round cake, in the middle of which put the stuffing of cheese, butter and eggs, pre-mash the cheese with your hands. It is believed that the most suitable cheese for Imereti khachapuri is the one that can be crumbled by hand. Connect the edges of the dough, giving khachapuri round shape.
3. Roll out the khachapuri, put them on a greased pan. Coat the top with egg and bake in a preheated oven.

With all the ingredients listed, knead the dough, let rest for 20 minutes. Then put it in a cellophane bag and place in the freezer for 12 minutes.
After that, knead the dough with your hands, make a flatbread. Place the prepared cheese on the flatbread, connect the edges and form khachapuri (as shown in the video recipe below). Put into a hot oven. Bake at 200 degrees until ready. At the ready khachapuri smear the top with melted butter, cut into portions.
