Lavash rolls with cheese


1 pita;

300 g of hard cheese;

2 eggs;

salt - to taste;

ground black pepper - to taste.




Cut the pita into strips the width of a piece of cheese. Divide the cheese into several slices, place each on a strip of pita and roll up. You can add tomatoes and greens to the cheese.


Whisk eggs with a whisk and salt and pepper. Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and place on a hot dry frying pan. Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
