Layered salad with chicken and croutons


200 g boiled chicken breast (1 piece)

1/2 red pepper

1 pc tomato

1 pc cucumber

50-100 g rye toast

60 g hard cheese (I have Parmesan cheese)

2-3 cloves of garlic

4 tbsp mayonnaise

salt to taste

How to cook

First make the dressing. Peel and mince the garlic, or grate it on a fine grater. Mix it with the mayonnaise. Dice the boiled chicken breast. Put it in a flat salad bowl as the first layer. Put a little salt on top. Cut the bell peppers into similar sized cubes and mix with a tablespoon of garlic mayonnaise.

Place the peppers in an even layer on top of the chicken. Dice the tomatoes, squeeze out a little extra juice, mix with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and put them in an even layer on the pepper. Dice the cucumbers, mix with mayonnaise and spread over the tomatoes. Then put the breadcrumbs and mosaic mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater on top. Make the cheese layer light and fluffy.
