Lightning quick pizza made of unleavened dough

Products

For the dough:

Flour - 400 g + for sprinkling the tray

Salt - 1 tsp.

Baking powder - 1 tsp (with a spoonful)

Water - 200 ml

Oil - 5 tbsp + to grease the baking tray

For stuffing:

Sausage

Hard cheese

Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.

Onions - 1 pc.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Oregano - 0,5 tsp.

1. Let's prepare the products for the pizza.Before we start cooking, turn on the oven, let it heat up.


2. Prepare a quick pizza dough. To do this, mix the flour with salt and baking powder. Pour in oil and water.


3. Knead for 5-7 minutes, the dough is soft and slightly sticky to the hands. We divide it into two equal parts at once - you get two pizzas.


4. Spread out on a greased and floured baking pan (I have the bottom of a cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm), line it up and form small sides.


5. Prepare the toppings for the pizza. To do this, we cut the onion in rings, peppers in thin slices. The sausage is cut in circles, and the cheese is grated on a coarse grater.


6. Brush the dough with a thick tomato sauce (ours is homemade), sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and place the filling. Sprinkle the cheese on top.


7. Bake a quick non-starch pizza in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at 230 degrees. Keep an eye on the pizza, everyone's oven is different.
