This sweet marinade is suitable for any type of meat: beef, pork, chicken. For my taste, it works best with chicken wings and thighs.
We simply take our favorite soy sauce. Chop the garlic into it (for chicken only).
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey. Pour the marinade on the meat.
Marinating time - from one hour and longer.
Due to the presence of honey, during frying a thin, sweet crust will form on the meat. To avoid its burning it is necessary to fry the shashlik on well-burned coals. If the crust burns, it can be easily removed
