Let's start by making the dough. Mix the eggs and sugar. Beat with a mixer until a light airy mass.

Add the liquid honey and mix.

 

Add baking soda to the sifted flour.

 

Add the flour to the egg and honey mixture, mix with a spoon until homogeneous - and the dough is ready.

 

Pour the batter into a mold covered with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

 

While the meringue bakes, prepare the sour cream: whip the sour cream and powdered sugar.

 

Let the honey cake cool slightly and warm cut it into 3 layers.
