Ingredients: one cup mix vegetables (carrots, broccoli, beets, green peas, capsicum), one onion (chopped), garlic clove (chopped), two teaspoons oats (powdered and roasted), black pepper, salt to taste, two Cloves, two cups water, butter
How to make Garlic Vegetable Soup: First take a pan and add a little butter and heat over medium heat. Now add garlic and fry for one minute. Then add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Now add all the vegetables and fry for about 4 to 5 minutes. Now add water and let it boil. Now cover the pan with a lid and let it boil till the vegetables are soft. Now add salt and black pepper. Now add oats powder and mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
Now turn off the gas and set the soup aside. Now take another pan and fry the cloves in it for 1 minute and now crush it well. Now pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with crushed cloves.
Lentils and Carrot Soup: Lentils contain protein and many essential nutrients, while carrots are rich in antioxidants. If you want to drink healthy soup, you can make this soup made from a mixture of lentils and carrots as a part of your diet.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup mugi dal, half a cup chopped carrots, half a cup chopped onion, one chopped tomato, six chopped garlic cloves, half a teaspoon cumin, two cloves, two to three teaspoons creamy milk, one cup water, Salt and black pepper to taste, a teaspoon of oil
How to make lentil and carrot soup: First, heat oil in a pan over low heat. Now add garlic and onion and fry for about 2 minutes till light brown. Then add the carrots and tomatoes and let cook for a few minutes. Now fry the mugi dal in a pan till you get the aroma from it.
Now add this roasted mugi dal to the vegetable mixture. Now add water and let the mixture boil for about 6 to 8 minutes. Now let it cool down a bit. Now put this mixture in a blender and make a smooth paste.
Now add this mixture to a pan and place on a low flame to cook. Now add skim milk. Finally add salt and black pepper and mix. At the same time, without it, in a pan, put the cumin and cloves in a little oil. Pour them over the soup and garnish before serving.
