Oatmeal cookies

There are all kinds of cookies, but I made a diet one made with oat flakes. They are sugar-free, very light, but filling. If you decide to have a day off, and you like yummy treats, these cookies will be just right. They are also quick and easy to make.

I add flax seeds to my cookies, but it's optional.

To make diet oatmeal cookies from oat flakes at home, we need.

Mix the dry ingredients: oat flakes, flour, flax seeds, baking powder and cinnamon.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. We do not need an egg yolk. Grate the apple on a fine grater and add to the egg whites.

Add the egg whites to the apple.

Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and mix very well. Leave for 15 minutes to allow the cereal to swell a little.

Knead the dough.

Form cookies with wet hands. Roll oatmeal dough into a small ball and press it, creating flat cookies. Spread out on a baking tray lined with paper.

Place cookies on baking paper.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees and bake cookies for 15 minutes until golden.

Ready Diet Oatmeal Cookies

The homemade diet oatmeal cookies turned out flavorful and crispy.

Bon appetit!
