Instant oat flakes
Kefir or ryazhenka
Fresh or frozen berries
In a jar with a lid, fill oatmeal flakes up to halfway.
Add kefir or ryazhenka, condensed milk and half the fresh or frozen berries.
Stir, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve the oatmeal cold, garnished with a banana and remaining berries.
