Oatmeal in yoghurt for breakfast

Ingredients

Yogurt

½ cup

Milk

1 cup

Oat flakes

⅔ cup

Seasonal berries

1 handful

Banana

1 item

Honey

to taste

 

Preparation

 

1․

Mix yogurt with milk from the evening.

 

2․

Put oatmeal in a deep bowl or jar along with any seasonal berries, fruits, nuts, seeds or superfoods.

 

3․

Fill the oatmeal with the yogurt mixture, cover the dish with foil, and leave it in the refrigerator until morning. If you choose unsweetened yogurt, top it with the sweetener of your choice.
