Oat flakes

Milk

240 ml

Large banana

1/2 piece

Any berries

1 handful

Honey or sugar

to taste

Flax seeds

1 tablespoon

 

Preparation

Fill oatmeal with milk, add the mashed banana halves, a handful of your favorite berries, any sweetener you like and, optionally, a teaspoon of flax seeds.

 

2․

Cook porridge at maximum power for 2.5-3 minutes, then stir with a fork, cover with additional berries, seeds and banana and taste.
