Ingredients

Oat flakes

80 г

Water

480 ml

Vanilla

to taste

Ground cinnamon

½ tsp.

Coconut milk

200-240 ml

Fruits and berries

to taste

Preparation

1․

Fill oatmeal with water and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes until no liquid is left at all.

 

2․

Remove the pan from the stove, add the vanilla, cinnamon and coconut milk.

 

3․

Return the porridge to the heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

 

4․

Serve the oatmeal with pieces of fruit.
