Oatmeal with eggs, banana and pumpkin

Ingredients

Unsweetened almond milk

1 cup

Water

1 cup

Banana

1 item

Pumpkin puree

½ cup

Salt

to taste

Cinnamon

to taste

Vanilla sugar

to taste

Oat Flakes

1 cup

Egg white

2 pieces

Almond butter

to taste

Pumpkin seeds

to taste

You can add

Yogurt

to taste

Preparation

1․

Put a pot on high heat and mix almond milk, water, sliced banana and pumpkin puree with salt and spices. Bring to a boil.

 

2․

When the mixture comes to a boil, add the oat flakes. Turn down the heat and simmer until the porridge has thickened.

 

3․

Whisk the egg whites and pour them into the porridge, stirring constantly to prevent the whites from curdling in lumps. Cook like this for 1 to 2 minutes.

 

4․

Add almond butter and pumpkin seeds to the ready porridge. You can top it with yogurt.
