Onion pie (unrealistically delicious)

INGREDIENTS

Butter200gm

Flour300gm

Sour cream6 Tbsp.

20% fat

Soda1 teaspoon

Vinegar1 Teaspoon

Cream cheese4 Pieces

Onions6 Onions

Eggs5 Eggs

4 for stuffing, 1 for greasing

Salt and pepper to taste

Greens to taste

Step 1.

1.In a large bowl pour all the flour, a piece of butter (from the freezer) rubbed on a coarse grater. In a bowl once again rub everything with your hands.

Step 2.

2.In the center you make a small depression and pour the sour cream, add the baking soda carbonated with vinegar, salt, mix.

Step 3.

3.Knead the dough, knead it for about two minutes to form it into a lump. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and put it in the fridge for 2 hours, or better overnight.

Step 4.

4.For the filling: peel an onion and cut it into thin half rings, then fry in a pan with vegetable oil until soft.

Step 5.

5.Add a little salt and black pepper to the soft onions in the pan, fry a couple more minutes and transfer to a bowl. Immediately add the cheese chopped on a coarse grater and stir.

Step 6

6.Stir in the eggs with a fork and add the frozen herbs.

Step 7.

7.Cool the mass from the pan a little and only then pour the eggs into it, stir.

Step 8

8.Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into two parts (one larger than the other). Roll out the larger part about the size of the form in which you are going to bake. Grease the form with vegetable oil and lay out the dough, form sides.

Step 9.

9.Spread the onion mixture all over the form, then put it aside.

Step 10

10.Roll out the second piece of dough and place it on top of the mold, seal the edges well, press down a little.

Step 11

11.Bake the cake in a preheated 160-170 degrees oven for about 20-25 minutes, brush the cake with beaten egg a couple minutes before it is ready. Serve the pie cold.
