dry yeast - 7 gr
kefir - 250 ml

STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1
Ossetian pie with cheese and greens.

Prepare dough for Ossetian pie. Dissolve yeast in 0.5 cups of kefir. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a depression in the middle of the pile and gradually pour in the remaining kefir, the diluted yeast and softened butter. Knead together a soft dough, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1½-2 hours until the dough has doubled in volume.

Prepare the filling for the Ossetian pie. Wash green onions and dill, dry and finely chop them. Grate cheese on coarse grater and mix with greens.
