Ovulation is the release of ovum from ovary. Ovulation is the release of egg from the woman ovary. Ovulation is a phase in the menstrual. It occurs for about 14 to 28 days. *Change in basal body temperature. If your body temperature is at rest your basal temperature increases slightly during ovulation. Using temperature is scientifically designed to measure basal temperature , you must take your temperature every day (morning and night) before going bed . Record the pattern , you must be fertile during 2 to 3 days before your temperature rises
*Change in vaginal secretion. Just before ovulation you might notice an increase in a clear, wet and stretchy vaginal secretion. Just after ovulation, cervical mucus decrease and become thicker cloudy and less noticeable
How to tell if you're ovulating
The length of your menstrual cycle occur around 10 to 16 days before a woman's period starts. You may notice your cervical mucus becomes wetter, clearer and more slippery during the time of ovulation.There's rise in temperature during ovulation and can be detected with thermometer. Use of predictor kit, hormone level increase ovulation.
