Pancake canapés with salmon on skewers

Ingredients

flour

for stuffing:

salted salmon

400 г

cottage cheese

400 г

pitted olives

100 г

Preparation:

STEP 1.

From the listed ingredients, bake pancakes, cool, put the pancake on a large plate, dab a thin layer of cottage cheese, on the other pancake lay a layer of fish.

STEP 2

Repeat with the rest of the pancakes. Pierce the pancakes with skewers and cut out the pancake canapes in any way you like, decorate with olives.
