Ingredients 12 gr. agar-agar 300 ml. milk 400 gr. cottage cheese 300 ml. sour cream 3 tbsp honey vanilla sugar 150 gr. strawberries Step by step recipe Pour 150 ml of milk into a saucepan and heat it to a warm temperature. Add the honey to the warm milk and stir well until it has dissolved. In the bowl of a food processor I send cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, milk and honey. Beat well in the combine until a homogeneous mass, so that there are no lumps of cottage cheese. Instead of a food processor you can use an immersion blender. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Pour 150 ml. milk into a saucepan and add agar-agar. Mix well and put on a fire. Heat on a low heat, stirring all the time. Boil for 3 minutes, also stirring constantly. We add milk and agar-agar to the cottage cheese mass and whip thoroughly in a combine. Pour the cottage cheese mass into a bowl, add the strawberries and mix well. Grease the form with odorless vegetable oil. Pour the curd mass with strawberries. We put it in the fridge until it freezes.
